Alice King: Not one of the boys in the world of city administration


Description

Alice King was the first black woman to become a Syracuse City Commissioner. Last Tuesday she moved from heading the Parks and Recreation Department to a newly created job as director of housing and neighborhood services in Community Development. Staff writer Penny Sori interviewed King on her first day at her new post.
