At State and Kennedy Streets. Darnell Harris, cousin Henry Harris, Otis Harris Jr., and Shirley (Harris) Rowser. Shirley's family moved to Syracuse after the house where they were living with their grandmother in Georgia burned down. In this picture it is their first week in Syracuse and they are wearing donated clothing (lost a lot of photos in the fire).
