Description

Mr. McKinney talks about how he originally came to Syracuse to be a chemist for Carrier corporation, then went to Law School at Syracuse University, and fought for tenants' rights and Equal Housing Opportunity in Syracuse. "First Black Judge in Syracuse, New York" - Recruited to Syracuse in 1965 to be a chemist at Carrier Corporation, he marries into an established Syracuse family (Harder) whose roots extend to Auburn and Saratoga.
