Description

The BLOCK: Black families in Armory Square. Donald Caldwell's mother, a member of the Hasbrook family, was born in Syracuse in the 1800's. They came on ΓÇ£the real railroadΓÇ¥ (New York Central Railroad stop on Franklin Street)" Mr. Caldwell describes his life growing up in Syracuse's historic 15th Ward Neighborhood. Lifelong resident of Syracuse.
