Description

Richard Breland talks about the history of his family living in Syracuse - he shares a variety of old pictures that he has collected of his family members and also pictures of the City of Syracuse in the 18th and 19th centuries. "Photographs bring on Remembrances" - Richard Breland's aunt, Edith Raiser (sic) was the first Black woman to own an apartment building in Syracuse.
